As long as the shipment has not left our warehouse, the order may be cancelled. Cancellations can be carried out by contacting our Customer Service team on telephone on 0208 133 6004 (Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:30PM, GMT Time) or by mailing us at email@example.com
If the shipment has already left our warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel the order. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items through courier, please report this immediately to our Customer Service team. This should be reported on the same day of receipt of the parcel.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item and refunds will be processed minus the delivery charge. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them.
In the event that an item was ordered incorrectly – it is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item and the buyer will be refunded minus the delivery charge and a 10% handling fee.
The Reimbursement is normally completed within 5 working days once the request has been placed to our customer care team through telephone or mail.
